Service Policy

By booking your appointment using our online check out you are agreeing to North Clean Solutions following service policies.

Cancellations And Fees

Any service cancellation made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment will result in a 20% cancellation fee billed on the card provided.

Please direct all booking or cancellation inquiries to contact@northclean.ca or your direct booking link.

North Clean Solutions reserves the right to cancel the clients recurring or one-time appointment 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Payments

Residential Cleaning

Credit card/debit on file only.

The card on file will be charged only when the appointment is complete.

We hold the right to withhold a 30% no-show/ cancellation fee if the client cancels within 24 hours or fails to grant access to the technicians upon arrival.

Office Cleaning

Payment schedules are to be agreed upon signing a service contract. We accept Net 0, Net 15 and Net 30 payment via direct deposit, cheques or credit card payment.

Quotes and Invoices

Quotes

All unaccepted quotes are subject to change at any moment. There is no guarantee that your quote will remain the same at anytime.

Invoices

All invoices are subject to recalculation if technician confirms that client information (ex. check out, email, phone or quote submissions) are deemed as inaccurate or false.

All routine clients, bookings and invoices are subject to a 5- 10% increase every 2-3 years due to economy inflation

Routine Cleaning Rescheduled

In the case of the client skipping a routine clean, the next appointment will be charged as a “one time” clean.

Pets

North Clean Solutions is not responsible for pets that leave the property during the enter or exit of our cleaning specialists. Please have pets in a secure spot in your home to ensure their safety.

Start Time

North Clean Solutions reserves the right to a 1 hour grace period from the booked start time due to expected or unexpected delays. Our cleaning specialists will alert you of any delay in advance.

Recent Updates, Renovations Or Additional Spaces

If ****for any reason there are major changes to the property or family additions (such as pets, family members, etc.) we reserve the right to reevaluate the price of the cleaning service.

Post Renovation and Construction Cleaning

North Clean Solutions highly recommends two or three step post cleaning phases to receive the best results. Dust will resettling after a clean and is not avoidable, hence why we encourage our clients to book and second “final pass” appointment. If you wish to deny a final pass, North Clean Solutions is not obligated to do a correction visit in the case of dust resettling.

Satisfaction Guarantee

North Clean Solutions guarantees satisfaction. Before the cleaning specialist(s) leave your home, if applicable, they will prompt a walk-through with you to ensure your satisfaction.

If you find anything missing within the clients cleaning agreement (within 24 hours), the cleaning specialist(s) will correct the missed area(s) within 48 hours. North Clean Solutions does not refund any portion of the service fee.

What We Don’t Do

Our cleaning professionals are unable to perform the following tasks:

  • Clean infested properties (e.g., bed bugs, cockroaches, mice, etc.), pest droppings or mold.
  • Use ladders higher than 3 steps.
  • Clean bodily fluids from a pet or a human.
  • Clean attics, cold rooms, the exterior of the property or garage.
  • Clean stove hoods / fans.
  • Clean fireplaces.
  • Clean exterior windows.
  • Lift or move anything heavier than 20 lbs.
  • Clean in an unsafe property or without water, electricity, heat or air conditioning.
  • Wall wash (spot cleaning only).
  • Clean a hoarder’s home / obsessive clutter.
  • Service clients who are disrespectful, rude, aggressive, or fail to comply with the cleaning agreement.
  • Clean anything outside the previously agreed cleaning agreement. Changes or additions to the cleaning agreement must be done 24 hours prior to your appointment, and will be subject to a reestimate.
